One of the many things we enjoy doing as a family is going for a nice long walk. Last night was a beautiful night here in STL so we packed the kids in the double stroller and headed out. We turned on the street parallel to ours and the neighbors were having a block party. We have some friends who live on this street so we decided to head over and say hi. While we were hanging out a young man from the newspaper in our area asked if he could take our picture. We agreed and now our faces are in the Patch online newspaper. Oh yes, we really enjoyed meeting some new neighbors and visiting with friends. I am really enjoying our area and look forward to becoming more involved in our community.
